Jumbotron rental02 Size guide
How big a screen do you actually need?
Move the slider. We size by the back row, not the front — a screen’s height should be at least one eighth of the distance to your furthest guest.
Back row roughly 55 ft away — an 8 ft tall screen keeps text readable from there.

All locations07 FAQ
Questions we get on every call.
How much does LED screen rental cost in NJ and NYC?
Our LED wall rental packages start at $1,299.99 for a 10 × 6 ft indoor wall, $1,999.99 for a 13 × 8 ft indoor or outdoor wall, and $3,499.99 for a 20 × 10 ft festival-scale wall. Delivery, rigging, an on-site technician and teardown are included in every package.
What size LED screen do I need for my event?
As a rule of thumb, the back row should sit no further than about 8× the screen height. A 10 × 6 ft wall reads well for up to roughly 150 guests, 13 × 8 ft covers most ballrooms and conferences up to 400, and 20 × 10 ft is built for festivals, concerts and crowds of 1,000+. Send us your room dimensions and guest count and we will spec it for free.
Can you set up an LED video wall outdoors?
Yes. Our outdoor panels are IP65 weather-rated and bright enough for daylight, so we regularly install on rooftops, in parks, in parking lots and on festival stages. Outdoor installs use a ballasted ground-support tower or certified truss rigging, and we monitor wind conditions on the day.
Do you provide a technician with the LED wall?
Every rental includes an on-site technician who rigs the wall, runs the video processor and stays for the duration of your event. You never have to touch the hardware — hand us an HDMI cable, a laptop or a camera feed and we take it from there.
What can I play on the screen?
Anything with a video output: slide decks, highlight reels, live camera feeds and IMAG, sports broadcasts, social walls, DJ visuals, sponsor loops or a looping monogram. We accept HDMI and SDI, and we will run a full content check before doors open.
How long does setup take?
Setup typically runs 2–4 hours depending on the package size and venue access, and teardown takes about half that. Our crew arrives early so the wall is tested and content-checked well before your guests arrive.
